The type of research is associative research (relationships) with quantitative analysis methods which aims to find out the relationship between two or more variables. This study uses probability sampling techniques using random samples with 95 respondents customers BNI Syariah branch Kusumanegara Yogyakarta. Adjust R-Square of the research indicate that service significantly influence customer loyalty with R-Square 0,049 (49%) of 100%, and the company's image also significantly influence customer loyalty because it have a value 0,049 (49%) of 100%, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.
