Farhan Qudratullah, M.Sc., abstract: Classification Analysis is one analysis that is used to classify data. The method used in classification analysis is using ordinal logistic regression method. Ordinal logistic regression is one of the statistical methods used to analyze data with ordinal scale response variables while independent variables can change continuous variables or categorical scale variables. Student Satisfaction is used as data in this study, consisting of 4 scales, namely: dissatisfied, quite satisfied, satisfied and very satisfied.The purpose of this study are: 1) to determine the steps of classification analysis using ordinal logistic regression. 2) to find out the ordinal logistic regression model equation form in the case study of student service to satisfaction in the Faculty of Science and Technology. 3) to find out the results of the classification analysis on the application of service levels of student satisfaction in the Faculty of Science and Technology.In this study, a clear population and sample is needed so that research is more efficient. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Science and Technology. Student data obtained as many as 2,315. Then using accidental sampling techniques obtained a sample of 96 respondents. The results of the classification of opportunities answers to the application of satisfaction services Students in the Faculty of Science and Technology using ordinal logistic regression method is 1.5% the probability of an unsatisfied answer, 96.7% of the chances of an answer satisfied enough and 1.8% of satisfied answers.
