In addition, employees are also required to be able to work in a team or teamwork with the purpose to improve the outcome of work than working in the personal. All individuals should have the ability when working in a team including OCB. The behavior of OCB is very important for a company to improve its performance. The behavior of OCB is done on a voluntary basis without any reward when done and is positive for the company. This study examined the influence of personality, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behaviour against (OCB) (study on BPD DIY Sharia Yogyakarta) using multiple linear regression test and test hypotheses. The population in this research is all employees BPD DIY Sharia. The samples in this research is as much as 46 respondents by using random sampling techniques. The results showed that a positive and influential personality variables significantly to OCB. Job satisfaction variables have no effect against the OCB. Organizational commitment and variable is positive and significant effect against the OCB.
