The research population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga . The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling. This research is a quantitative research that uses multiple linear regression analysis as a test tool. The results showed that partially Islamic banking service quality (IBSQ) had no significant effect on customer loyalty at BRISyariah Bank. While customer intimacy and islamic brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously islamic banking service quality (IBSQ), customer intimacy and islamic brand image influence the customer loyalty of BRISyariah Bank. Predictive ability of the three independent variables on customer loyalty 68.2%.
