The sample in this research was taken by nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Primary data collection is by distributing questionnaires. There were 32 questionnaires processed in this study. The method of data analysis in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with the SPSS 19.00 program. The results of this study indicate that job training, work discipline, work loyalty, and work experience have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Partially job training has a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count 2.337 with a significance level of 0.025 below 0.05. Work discipline variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count 2.497 with a significance level of 0.019 below 0.05. Work experience variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count of 2.996 with a significance level of 0.006 below 0.05. While the work loyalty variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance with t count of -0.008 with a significance level of 0.994 above 0.05. %Z Dr. H. SYAFIQ MAHMADAH HANAFI, M. Ag
