ID - digilib34164 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/34164/ A1 - TRIANA, NIM. 15820055 Y1 - 2019/01/14/ N2 - This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, skills, work motivation, locus of control, and the Islamic work ethic to the performance of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta employee. The object of this research is Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta with 33 employees as the sample. The data collection method is questionnaire then multiple linear regression is used to analyze the data. In addition, the tool analysis which is used is the 20 version of SPSS. The result shows that knowledge, skills, and locus of control partially have no effect in the performance of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta employees. On the other hand, work motivation and the Islamic work ethic partially have a positive and significant effect in the performance of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta employees.
