Population on this study are all of the Madina Sharia Bank Yogyakarta employees, using multiple linear regression as the sample technique. Therefore, this study used a total of 33 respondent, while an interview technique are used to clarify and complement the data. This study are based on Quantitative approach using analysis tools such as validity test, reliability test, and linear regression assisted by statistic application tools called SPSS. The outcome shows that partially communication does not have influence due to employee?s performance. But simultaneously, communication, motivation, and work disciplinary together can influence the Madina Sharia Banks employee?s performance in Yogyakarta.} }
