Thus, this research are using 40 sample of responden. Furthermore, interviews were conducted to sustain the data. Analysis method of data in this research is valydity test, reability test, classic assumtion test and route analytsis by SPSS 21.00. From testing of job rotation, job stress, insentive were not effected direcly towards the perfomance, while satisfication was influencing towards perfomance. Job rotation and incentive were effected directly toward the pleasure of employee’s performance, while stress was not. Pleasure of work enable to mediate the effect of incentive to employee’s performance, but nonetheles, the job pleasure couldn’t mediate job rotation and stress towards performance. %Z JOKO SETYONO, S.E., M.S.i.
