ID - digilib34183 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/34183/ A1 - ANNISA AYU LINI SHOLAIKHAH, NIM. 15820072 Y1 - 2019/02/12/ N2 - The aim of this research is to find out the influences of job rotation, job stress and incentive either directly or indirectly (through intervening variable), towards employee?s perfomance at Muamalat Banking Branch of Yogyakarta, wherein its technicque of sample are using saturation sampling, with requirement that employees who have been rotated in. Thus, this research are using 40 sample of responden. Furthermore, interviews were conducted to sustain the data. Analysis method of data in this research is valydity test, reability test, classic assumtion test and route analytsis by SPSS 21.00. From testing of job rotation, job stress, insentive were not effected direcly towards the perfomance, while satisfication was influencing towards perfomance. Job rotation and incentive were effected directly toward the pleasure of employee?s performance, while stress was not. Pleasure of work enable to mediate the effect of incentive to employee?s performance, but nonetheles, the job pleasure couldn?t mediate job rotation and stress towards performance.
