"Human Resources are a problem for Sharia Banking Companies, where the\r\ncompanies have difficulty in finding competent and capable human resources. The\r\npresence financial services business competition, makes it a challenge for Islamic\r\nBanks to participate competitively and contribute to the productivity of the sharia\r\neconomy by improving employee performance. Employees who have high\r\nperformance, is if they have high knowledge, skills, abilities, and motivation. This\r\nstudy aims to analyze the influence of individual competencies, work culture, and\r\nincentives on employee performance at Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta Branch. The\r\nindependent variable (x) in this study is the variable of individual competence, work\r\nculture, and incentives. While the dependent variable (Y) is employee performance.\r\nFor sampling method using nonprobability sampling sampling technique with\r\nsaturated samples. The number of samples used is 51 respondents. Data obtained\r\nwere analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) techniques through SmartPLS\r\nsoftware. From the results of the study it can be concluded that individual\r\ncompetencies do not affect employee performance, then for work culture variables\r\nand incentives positively and significantly influence the performance of Bank\r\nMuamalat Yogyakarta Branch employees."^^ .
