The presence financial services business competition, makes it a challenge for Islamic Banks to participate competitively and contribute to the productivity of the sharia economy by improving employee performance. Employees who have high performance, is if they have high knowledge, skills, abilities, and motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competencies, work culture, and incentives on employee performance at Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta Branch. The independent variable (x) in this study is the variable of individual competence, work culture, and incentives. While the dependent variable (Y) is employee performance. For sampling method using nonprobability sampling sampling technique with saturated samples. The number of samples used is 51 respondents. Data obtained were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) techniques through SmartPLS software. From the results of the study it can be concluded that individual competencies do not affect employee performance, then for work culture variables and incentives positively and significantly influence the performance of Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta Branch employees.
