The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are competence, work stress, leadership, and motivation. The population used was 50 people. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, so that there are criteria to determine the sample that will make the research respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that leadership influences employee performance. While competence, work stress and motivation do not affect employee performance.
