There are four independent variable (promotion, product, location, and family) and one dependent variable (costumer decision). This research are based on 100 sample from its population which is all the entire Muamalat Bank KCU Yogyakarta costumers, using random sampling as the sample collecting method. This is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression as the analysis tool with the assistance of SPSS 20 application in processing the data. The outcome indicate that promotion, product, location, family either simultaneously or partially positive significantly influence the costumer decision using the services provided by Muamalat Bank KCU Yogyakarta. %Z ROSYID NUR ANGGARA PUTRA, SPd., M.Si.
