This can be seen from the strong banking liquidity and capital of Islamic banking which is increasing every year. This development was supported by increased performance and workload. The level of workload increases can cause fatigue for employees. The purpose of this study was to support age motivation, social support, workload, and motivation for fatigue. The study sample consisted of 35 employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Citarum Syariah Bandung Branch. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that this study has a negative and not significant effect on burnout, social support has a positive and significant relationship to burnout, workload has a negative and not significant effect on burnout, and motivation has a positive and significant influence on burnout PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Citarum Syariah Bandung Branch.} }
