Research is a quantitative study using primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through a survey of Islamic bank employees in the Klaten region. While secondary data is obtained through reference to books, journals, and articles. Primary data is processed using the multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 19. The results of this study indicate that education, self-efficacy and labor market considerations simultaneously influence the decisions of employees working in Islamic banks. And partially, education and labor market considerations have a positive effect on the decisions of employees working in Islamic banks. While self-efficacy has a negative effect on the decisions of employees working in Islamic banks.
