        abstract = {The aims of this research is to knows the effect of Trust, Commitment,
Communication, Conflict Handling, and Shared Value on Customer Loyalty of
Sutera Mudharabah Savings BPD DIY Syariah. The population of this research is
all customers who use Sutera Mudharabah Savings on BPD DIY Syariah. The
sample used in this research is 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using
questionnaire method with Likert scale model that measures Trust, Commitment,
Communication, Conflict Handling and Shared Value on Customer Loyalty of
Sutera Mudharabah Savings on BPD DIY Syariah. Data analysis using multiple
linear regression. All data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. From the results
of the study it can be concluded that the variables trust, commitment,
communication, and conflict handling have a positive and significant effect to
customer loyalty of Sutera Mudharabah Savings BPD DIY Syariah. The shared
value variable does not affect the customer loyalty of Sutera Mudharabah BPD
DIY Syariah.}
