The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation. The population and samples used were 33 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, so that all populations are used as samples. Data collection is done through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study state that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the style of leadership and motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.} }
