This observation uses reader response and interview to complete the data. Sample of this observation is about 50 respondents in Pabelan, Mungkid, Magelang. The completed data get and analysis using linear regression double with software SPSS 20. The result of this observation shows that promotion and perception influences to positive of social interest using mortages finanicing in syariah banking. In the other hand, product knowledge and religion not influences of social interest using mortages financing in syariah banking.
