"This study aims to compare the effect of the perceived value of Mobile Banking\r\nusers on Generation X, Generation Y, and Generation Z. The subject of this study is\r\nthe Customer of Sharia Banks in the City of Yogyakarta who use the Mobile Banking\r\napplication. The sample in this study was 120 samples, each of which was represented\r\nby 40 respondents using purposive sampling method. This research is a quantitative\r\nstudy with an Analysis of Variance analysis tool obtained with the help of SPSS version\r\n23. The results of the study showed that of the 4 variables perceived value that was\r\nstudied and compared in the three generations, showing 4 variables studied, namely\r\nTrust, Usefulness, Commitment and Satisfaction, and Ease of Use all had a positive\r\neffect on differences in GENERATION. The generation that most means the difference\r\nis Generation X to the younger generation, Generation Y, and Generation Z. So that\r\nthe results prove the existence of a gap generation in perceived value on the use of\r\nMobile Banking applications for customers in the city of Yogyakarta."^^ . "2019-01-10" . . . .
