Every company will always strive to improve the performance of it’s employees in the hope that the company's goals will be achieved. It is of course requires starategi to be able to motivate so that humans and employees so that they are willing to work and use their skills or abilities to the fullest. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of competence, compensation and spiritual intelligence on the employee’s performance at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Solo Sharia Branch Office. This research is quantitative research. The data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, with 34 respondents as the sample. The sampling method used in this research was purposive. The analysis model used in this research was a multiple linear regression analysis model using the SPSS version 24 output program. The result shows that compensation and spiritual intelligent have a positive effect on the employee’s performance. While competence has no significant effect on the employee’s performance. The tcount value is smaller than ttable (-0.774 < 2.042) and the significance value is 0.445 > 0.05. It means that H1 in this research is rejected. The value of the compensation variable is greater than ttable (3.121 > 2.042). While the significance value < the level of trust (ɑ) which is 0.002 < 0.05. It means that H2 in this research is accepted. The value of the compensation variable is greater than ttable (5,710 > 2,056). While the significance value < the level of trust (ɑ) which is 0,000 < 0,05.
