In order to be able to contribute greatly to the company, human resources must be managed properly. Management of human resources can be realized through employee motivation, both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. This study aims to examine the effect of motivational factors on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable (A Case Study of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga and BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera). This research is a quantitative study with research subjects, namely employees of 2 BPRS in Yogyakarta through the distribution of 66 questionnaires. The method of data analysis in this study used the SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that there was an influence between work environment, job satisfaction on work discipline and work discipline on performance. Work environment, leadership, job satisfaction does not affect performance. Meanwhile the work discipline is able to mediate the work environment, leadership, and job satisfaction on performance. %Z M. ARSYADI RIDHA, SE, M.Sc. Ak.CA
