The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The sampel on this study was taken using non-probability sampling technique with saturated samplemethod. The primary data collection is by distributing questionnaires. This study using 35 questionnaires that werw prosessed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research indicated that leadership, training, work experience, and compensation,simutaneously have positive effect on employee’s performance. The partial of leadership variables have positive effect on employee performance with tcount2,196 Training variables have not effect on employee performance with tcount0,012 Work experience variables have not effect on employee performance with tcount-0,398 Compensation variables have not effect on employee performance with tcount0,129 %Z FARID HIDAYAT, S.H., M.SI
