BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga experiencing an increase in financial performance on indicators of Assets, Financing and Profit in 2012-2017. The increase in financial performance that occurred, indicates that the achievement of the work of BPRS employees Bangun Drajat Warga is good. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that affect the work productivity of employees BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga. The independent variables used in this study are leadership style, organizational culture, and training. The population in this study are all employees BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents totaling 45 employees. From the results of questionnaires, there are 32 questionnaires that can be processed. Data analysis methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test using SPSS 20. The results of the study show that the leadership style variables, organizational culture, and training jointly influence the work productivity of employees. Individual leadership style is proven to influence work productivity. Individual organizational culture does not affect work productivity. And individual training does not affect work productivity.} }
