Along with the development of the times, helped develop various types of food. Junk food as one type of food that is increasingly widespread and muchloved by all circles. Junk food is generally offered by modern fast food service outlets such as KFC, CFC, Pizza Hut, Hokben, Texas Chicken, McDonald's, Papa Ron's, Burger King and so on. Junk food can also be found in a classic business actor, but people do not understand bahwasannya food including junk food. Concerns arise when junk food is favored by children because of its uniqueness and relies on its delicious taste. Moreover, junk food has been found in Food Snack Kids School (PJAS) in the elementary school environment, especially the city of Yogyakarta. Junk food is a nutritious food that can bring harm to the health of the body if consumed excessively in the long run, especially for children. This research method using qualitative method with research type of field researh which is combined with library reseach as deepening theory and supporting analysis. So the nature of this research is descriptive-analisik by describing the sale and purchase of junk food in the field then analyzed by induction using maqasid assyari'ah approach in Islamic law, food safety-quality-and nutrition in positive law, and law behaviorism and sociological factor occurrence . This research model is case study about certain social group with primary data retrieval technique of nonprobability sampling in the form of purposive sampling through homogeneous sampling strategy including interview, observation, and documentation for secondary data. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the background of the occurrence and abandonment of the practice of buying and selling junk food in elementary school environment of Yogyakarta City are four factors, namely education, economy, consumer desire, and government. Normative analysis; including the Islamic concept of food related, buying and selling, Maqasid al- Shari'ah, Qawa'id al-Asasiyah the law is prohibited. Both consumed in the short and long term, both anti GGL and not anti GGL, based on the Maqasid al-Shari'ah aspect in the case of hifdz nafs at the level of hajiyyat and tahsiniyyat, and Sadd Dzari'ah and consideration of Qawa'id al-Asasiyah. Juridical analysis; based on UU.18 / 2012 concerning food and PP.28 / 2002 concerning food safety, quality and nutrition and UU.9 / 1999 concerning consumer protection and Permenkes. 30/2013 that junk food does not meet the security, quality and nutrition of food and the seller has harmed the rights of protection to his consumers. While the Sociology of Islamic law; legal behaviorism is formed from learning and social exchange. Social learning is characterized by imitation, reinforment, and observational. While the social exchange found a reward, cost, and profit. Fungi of Islamic law as well as positive law occurs reciprocity and is very influential for the community, but not maximally, especially in terms of muamalah.
