"Parental involvement in school programs is very necessary because with\r\nthat involvement parents can find out their children”s development and know\r\nwhat to do at home. Besides parents can always be coordinate with the teacher so\r\nthat the child’s development can be monitored with both and both know what\r\nactions to take.\r\nThis research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approachcomparative.\r\nThe object of this research is the principal, teacher, children and\r\nparents. Data collection conduted by interview, observation, and documentation\r\ntechniques. The main instrument is researchers themselves are assisted by\r\ninterview guidelines, observation guidelines, and guidelines documentation. The\r\ndata obtained was analyzed using an interactive analysis using an interactive\r\nanalysis model by Miles and Huberman. The validity analysis of the data is done\r\nby technical triangulation and sources.\r\nThe results of the study show: 1. In school program develops the ability to\r\nread the beginning of the child in TK Kusuma which is possessing several school\r\nprograms that have been prepared such as annual activities, activities routine and\r\nextracuricular schedules and TK Tulip developed several special programs as\r\nsuperior programs, namely: memorizing readings and prayer movements, tapping\r\ntulips love to ead as well happy tulip tapping day. 2. Parents roles and teachers\r\nthrough school programs 1) parent’s roles, a) as suppotes or motivators, b) as a\r\nteacher, c) as a student, d) as an advisor, e) and as a protector. 2) the role of the\r\nteacher, a) planning partnerships with parents, b) communicating with parents\r\nabout the school and its development, c) communicating with parents about the\r\nachievements or progress of child development, d) provide easy-to-implement\r\nadvice to help children lean at home, e) and monitor the engagement program\r\nwith parents. 3.
