With the existence of the Sisdiknas Constitution No. 20 of 2003 and based on the 2013 Curriculum, there are three types of assessments for Early Childhood Education, namely anecdotes, checklists, and works. Assessment emphasizes more on the potential possessed by students by monitoring learning both from progress, results, to continuous improvement of learning. Now the existing assessment process not only looks at academically but also looks at children's development through the potential possessed by students so that parents can better see the child's ability to be improved. But with the assessment process like this makes the educators overwhelmed in making passing grade that are usually in the form of numbers now changing in the form of narratives and checklists. Therefore the author initiative to develop a system that is able to help simplify or ease the task of educators and a system developed based on the website so that all parties in the school students and parents are involved in the ongoing education process. Academic information systems are developed with a prototyping method approach where the process interacts directly with the school /stakeholders in the process of developing this system.
