Through the internet, people all around the world can actually interact with each other, one of which is an online game. Online game made a place to interact with each other without judging their social status of their hometown which later form a community that using symbols and certain rules as well as legal system that control the action of its member. Interpersonal Communication although separated by time and space in the real world, online game try to close that gap by creating new social world. General objective of the study is to understand interpersonal communication among gamers in social interaction on a community of game online Dota. Descriptive approach was used in the study qualitative data collection technique uses the method interviews and a method of documentation. To test the credibility of lab data, researchers used the technique of triangulation. The technique of analysis of data used by researchers said it would follow the data analysis is follow the concept of miles and huberman with several phases, namely data collection, data reduction, the presentation of the data and draw a conclusion. The results of the study it can be concluded that interpersonal communication between gamers in social interaction can be shown by communication of interpersonal use some indicators of the quality, namely the openness (openness), empathy (empathy), support (supportiveness), a sense of positive (positiveness), and equality (equality).
