Hadri Kusuma, MBA., Ph.D %T MODEL PENGEMBANGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) KARYAWAN BERBASIS NILAI ISLAM %X This study aims to develop a model of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) based on Islamic values. This is based on the fact that there has been no research examining the influence of Islamic leadership style and Islamic work motivation on OCB and Islamic work motivation on Islamic job satisfaction. The basic theories used in this study are the Path Goal Leadership Theory, Vroom's Expectancy Theory, and Stewardship Theory. This quantitative research involves case studies in 18 Islamic Banks (Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia People's Financing Banks) in Yogyakarta. The research analysis uses Smart PLS 3.0 Software. The research findingsreveal that (1) Islamic Leadership Style has a significant influence on Islamic Work Motivation, (2) Islamic Leadership Style has a significant influence on Islamic Job Satisfaction, (3) Islamic Leadership Style does not have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspective (OCBIP) of the employees, (4) Islamic Work Motivation has a significant influence on Islamic Job Satisfaction, (5) Islamic Work Motivation has a significant influence on OCBIP, (6) Islamic Job Satisfaction has significant influence on OCBIP. %K Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspective, Islamic Bank, Islamic People's Financing Bank %D 2018 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib34806
