The synaptic plasticity could perform long-term strengthening or Long Term Potentiation (LTP) and long-term weakening or Long Term Depression (LTD). LTP and LTD can be triggered by the changes of intracellular Calcium concentration. Spike-Timing Dependent Plasticity (STDP) is a synaptic modification that depends on the time spikes in presynapsis and postsynapsis. In this study we built a model that involving a mechanism of the effect of intracellular Calcium on the STDP phenomenon. This model used a mechanism involving parameters such as Calcium pumping, AMPA receptors, NMDA receptors, LTP enzyme and LTD enzyme. In this model, high Calcium concentrations will activate the LTP enzyme while low Calcium concentrations will activate the LTD enzyme, which trigger the occurrence of LTP and LTD respectively. The occurrence of LTP and LTD is the basis for the formation of the STDP curve. In this model, the parameters can be adjusted to obtain the STDP curve that realistic with the experimental results in which the LTP is observed in the range between 0
