The method used is the Wenner configuration geoelectric method. The research location was in Srimartani, Piyungan, Bantul, DIY. This research was conducted on six tracks with each track length of two hundred meters, a space between electrodes as far as ten meters and using six levels of research (n). The target of identifying the subsurface layer is the slip plane. Raw data results are processed using Res2Dinv software which displays subsurface data with resistivity values in two-dimensional (2D) sections. Geologically the constituent of this area is surface soil, clay and breccia. The results of this study obtained layers of slipping fields that are located between the surface soil layers with clay layers and or breccias. The slip field is found on the border between rock layers with high and low resistivity values. Of the six tracks, the slip field was obtained at depths of ten to twenty meters. The six tracks identified as there are slides on each track. Tracks affected by landslides are not only vulnerable but also prone to landslides. Tracks that are indicated to be prone to landslides, based on data and analysis that have been carried out in this study are five from six tracks.
