Streaming TV in the Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta is SUKATV. Streaming TV requires certain QoS requirements, the goal is that when the transmission process can prevent too many lost packages, good real-time services, and low Delays. The purpose of this thesis research is to analyze Quality of Service (QoS) or quality quality for Streaming TV (SUKATV) at the State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta on Local Area Networks, as well as to produce information in the form of: Difference in arrival interval between packages at the destination terminal (Delay / latecy), the number of bits received successfully per second (Jitter), the time needed by a data packet (Throughput), and the number of packets lost during the transmission process to the destination (Packet Loss) This study uses an experimental method consisting of observation, design, design and testing. The experimental method used refers to the parameter values in Quality of Service (QoS), namely delay or latency, jitter, packet loss, and throughput. Stages - the stages carried out include literature studies, design, testing, discussion, and reports. From the results of research and discussion that has been carried out in this thesis, it can be concluded that the quality quality for Streaming TV on Local Area Networks at UIN Sunan Kalijaga is good if categorized according to TIPHON standardization. The results of an average delay of 0.078450356 ms, very good according to the standard that is 150 ms. The average jitter result is 2,013168072 ms, both according to the standard, which is 0 ms - 75 ms. The packet loss results are on average 0%, very good according to the standard of 0%. The average throughput results were 13,581 bps, poor according to the standard, which was 25 bps %Z Dr. Agung Fatwanto, S.Si., M.Kom.
