ID - digilib36874 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/36874/ A1 - RAMADHANI GAFAR UTAMA, NIM : 14820012 Y1 - 2019/06/18/ N2 - This research was aimed to see the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment on the Employees Performance of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance with Religiosity as a moderator. The Ministry of Finance employees are used as a population, and the sampling technique of this research use purposive sampling. This research uses primary data obtained from surveys with questionnaire. Data analysis method uses validity, reliability, classic assumptions, and multiple linear regression analyzed with moderating variables using SPSS 19.0. The results show that independent variables do influence employees performance.
