The population of this study is all employees of Yogyakarta Madina Syariah Bank, where the sampling technique uses saturated sample techniques. Thus this study used 33 sample respondents. In addition, interviews were also conducted to support the data. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis tools that are processed with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of this study are, partially transformational leadership and work discipline partially affect the work productivity of employees at Bank Madina Syariah. And the results of simultaneous testing, transformational leadership and work discipline jointly affect the work productivity of employees of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta.} }
