This research is a causal study which aims to find out whether one variable can affect other variables. The sample in this study were 33 respondents using a simple random sample method Data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and direct interviews. The analytical method used in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 23. The results of this study show that material incentives have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees in BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. Whereas work facilities and non-material incentives have no effect on the performance of employees BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. %Z ROSYID NUR ANGGARA PUTRA. S.Pd., M.Si.
