The data used in this study are primary data. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 19.0 for Windows. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of compensation, motivation, organisation climate, and organisational culture jointly influence the performance of Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta employees. Partially, the variables of compensation, motivation, and organisational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance and the rest organisation climate does not affect employee performance. Variable compensation, motivation, organisation climate, and organisational culture contributed 35,8% to the value of R2 of 0.358 on the performance of employees, and the remaining 62,2% influenced by other models outside of research. %Z Dr. IBNU QIZAM, S.E.,Akt., M.Si.
