The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are work discipline, work environment, work stress, and organizational culture. The population and samples used were 33 employees. The sampling method used is saturared sampling, so that all populations are used as samples. Data collection is done through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The result of study state that work environment and organizational culture has a effect on employee performance.
