The research period used was in 2012-2017, this study used a quantitative approach. The research population includes the 5 best Islamic banking in Indonesia in the 2018 period. The method of data analysis used is regressions. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of Third Party Funds (DPK) has a positive effect on Murābaḥah financing. This indicated by the regression coefficient of 2,427 and the significance value produced is smaller than required, level of 0,002 < 0,05. Non Perfoming Financing (NPF) has a positive effect on Murābaḥah financing. This indicated by the regression coefficient of 1,060 and the resulting significance value produced is smaller than required, level of 0,002 < 0,05. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect on Murābaḥah financing. This is indicated by the regression coefficient of -0,126 and the value of the resulting significance is greater than the required level of significance which is yaitu 0,265 > 0,05. Return On Asset (ROA) has no effect on Murābaḥah financing. This is indicated by the regression coefficient of -0,310 and the value of the resulting significance is greater than the required level of significance which is yaitu 0,431 > 0,05. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has a positive effect on Murābaḥah financing. This indicated by the regression coefficient of 0,008 and the resulting significance value produced is smaller than required, level of 0,009 < 0,05. This means that the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 52,3%, and the remaining 47,7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. %Z JAUHAR FARADIS, SHI., MA
