In this study the population is all undergraduate students of Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. Methods of collecting data using the questionnaire method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. All data were processed and analyzed using SPSS version 24. The results of the research that were processed with the SPPS program version 24 showed that the adjusted R square value was 0.316 or 31,6%. This means that it can be explained by independent variables which include perceptions and interest factors of 31,6%. While the rest (100% -31,6% = 68,4%) is explained by other reasons outside the model. The results of the research (T Test) stated that variable of places zdid not affect students' interest in using Islamic bank E-banking services. Variable of perceptions, products, prices and promotions have a positive effect on the interest of Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University students in the use of Islamic bank E-banking services. Results (Test F) show that perceptions and factors of interest simultaneously influence the interest of students of Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University in the use of Islamic bank E-banking services.
