It was used as a guide and reference for every problem faced by Islamic society after the Koran. However, by considering its position in the life of the Islamic community, a strange thing then happened when opinions emerged that the hadith of the Prophet was one of the sources that promoted gender bias that led to discrimination against women since the Prophet Muhammad was known as a person who opposed all forms of discrimination against humanity. The emergence of an understanding that discriminates against women in Islam, especially in Indonesia, turns out to come from an understanding of Islamic teachings obtained through their readings on hadiths which are only in the form of translations. Therefore, it is very important to examine the results of the translation of these hadiths and find equivalence between the hadith text (Arabic) and the TL text (Indonesian). This research is a descriptive study that uses the intralingual equivalent method. Through this method, the analysis of the data found is focused on the discovery of inequivalent at various levels in the translation book {\d S}a{\d h}{\=i}{\d h} Bukh{\=a}ry. This analysis is based on the theory of equivalence introduced by Baker, namely equivalence at each level of language starting from the word level, above words, grammatical, textual and pragmatic based on linguistic and cultural factors of the two languages involved in the translation process. This aims to reveal various problems of non-equivalence contained in the translation of the book from various aspects. According to the analysis carried out on the research data, it was found that the traditions identified as misogynistic hadith did not actually contain the impression of misogyny, only because of the limitations and distance between Arabic and Indonesian, especially if it was related to the language and culture systems of the two languages. and the lack of information about the context of the hadith when it was presented was a number of things which caused a misogynistic impression.} }
