%X Information technology is a crucial component in a Library. Moreover, kind of information technology namely Information system was used to assist activities in a library. This research discuss about Information System Development processing which analysed based on SDLC ( System Development Live Cycle) approach. It used a qualitative method and collected data by observation, documentation, and interview. According to the research, the result is information system development at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta’s Library has appropriated with the system development method especially SDLC method. It can be evidenced from the development process such as analysis system, design system, implementation system, operation system, and maintenance processes.
