The purpose of this study was to find out the activities carried out by the TBM Teras Baca Guyub Rukun to form a learning society in Jambon Village RT 29 and 30, the stages of forming learning society in Jambon Village RT 29 and 30, and the role of TBM in the formation of learning society in Jambon Village RT 29 and 30 using symbolic interactionism theory. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Taking informants using purposive and snowball techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data validity test is done by triangulating the source, technique, and time. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Activities organized by TBM Teras Baca Guyub Rukun that can help shape the learning society among parents are activities related to parenting, while among adolescents are skills training activities, also in the classroom children are tutoring activities. 2. The activities in the TBM helped the process of the formation of learning society in Jambon Village RT 29 and 30 by going through 3 stages of "active learning" self-concept formation, namely the play stage, the stage of the competition, and the stage of taking roles. 3. the existence of TBM Teras Baca Guyub Rukun in the midst of the Jambon Village RT 29 and 30 has a role as a motivator for learning activities, information source providers, trainers, and facilitators in the Village, so that with the learning activities it can form the Jambon Village community RT 29 and 30 became a learning society.
