N2  - This thesis will review the Dynamics of Islamic Leadership at the Islamic University of X Lubuklinggau. The concept of leadership in Islam is the Caliph, Amanah Shari'ah, Deliberation and adl. The purpose of this study is to explore Islamic Leadership in Islamic Universities X Lubuklinggau, this research method is descriptive qualitative research, case studies investigate (case studies). The subject of this study was the Head of the High School, Chair of Study Program I, Chair of Study Program II and Lecturer. Data collection through interviews, observation, role, and documentation. Through a case study analysis, researchers found that: 1. The dynamics of Islamic leadership in Islamic universities X Lubuklinggau in the context of the Caliph leadership of Islam which every leadership devoted to Allah, in the mandate of the Islamic leadership in higher education is a leader, of course there is a role Sharia as the legal basis for carrying out all activities manifested into work programs, then in its leadership style prioritizes the principles of Deliberation as an effort to strengthen trust in leadership and other things needed Enjoy all forms of aspirations and run those aspirations in accordance with their place and revelation with psychology then the leadership adopted the concept of Prophetic leadership. 2. Islamic Leadership of Islamic University X as the center of Islamic Education Studies, Islamic Broadcasting and Islamic Economy in Lubuklinggau in realizing the vision and mission made in accordance with what has been supported by having Islamic Religious Education study programs and Islamic Broadcasting Communication study programs, But in the concept of Islamic Economics it is questionable because there is no Study Program that studies that are made to reach the center of Islamic economics in Lubuklinggau.
