Subjects of research were 105 employees in a startup company in Yogyakarta. Sampling using a random sampling technique. Data collection using two instruments, scale of job embeddedness (42 items with α = 0.939) and scale of perceived organizational support (49 items with α = 0.966). Data analysis using the Spearman rho method to determine whether there is a correlation between independent variable and dependent variable. The analysis obtained that there is a significant correlation between perceived organizational support and job embeddedness (r = 0.759 with p = 0.000). While the value of r.square is 0.665, which means the effective contribution of perceived organizational support to job embeddedness is 66.5%.
