This research was conducted on SMKN 5 Bojonegoro students. The population in this study were 317 and a sample of 75 people using accidental sampling techniques. The research hypothesis consists of major and minor hypotheses. Measurement research uses a career orientation scale by refererring to the Sharf theory, the scale of self-efficacy refer to the Bandura theory, and the scale of the school climate by use Freiberg's theory. The career orientation scale has an alpha coefficient of 0.879, the self-efficacy scale has an alpha coefficient of 0.953, and the school climate scale has an alpha coefficient of 0.733. The statistical analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant positive corelation between self-efficacy and school climate towards the career orientation of SMKN 5 Bojonegoro with R = 0.447 and F = 8.981 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of the anylisis show that there is a significant positive corelation between self-efficacy on career orientation of SMKN 5 Bojonegoro with t1 = 2.183 with a significance of 0.032 (p <0.05), The results of the anylisis show that there is a significant positive corelation between school climate on career orientation of SMKN 5 Bojonegoro with t2 = 2.171 with a significance of 0.033 (p <0.05). Then self-efficacy and school climate together make an effective contribution of 20%. Self-efficacy contributes effectively to career orientation by 14.7%, and the effective contribution of the school climate to career orientation is 5.2%. %Z Miftahun Ni’mah Suseno, S.
