N2  - The main purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of resilience and the faktors that influence it on wives who have non-congenital disabled husbands. The design of this study uses a qualitative case study method. Data retrieval is done by observation and interview methods using general guidelines on three wives who have non-congenital disabled husbands. The selection of informants in this study used determines informants based on the criterial in the form wives who have non-congenital disabled husbands, domicilied in Yogyakarta, husband?s disobedience occurs after marriage, and marriage ties still last until the data collection.. This study reveals two patterns of resilience, informant 1 with a pattern of attitude, effort and can carry out activities as before, in informan 2 and 3 with a pattern of attitude, empathy, effort and can carry out activities as before. Resilience pattern that are carried out by the three informants different due to different conditions, situations and pressures. Faktors that influence resilience in the three informants are divided into two types, internal faktors, and external faktors. These internal faktors are the high religiosity of informants, awareness of identity, enthusiasm and high willingness to learn, resilient and painstaking. While the external faktor is support from family and colleagues, also support informants in their resilience.
