Eventhough, the clash between organizational and individual interest is potential stressor that inhibits happiness. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between hope and interpersonal trust with happiness on student movement activist in Sunan Kalijaga Islamic State University Yogyakarta. 100 students participated in this research. Researcher used quota sampling to determine the sample. The measurements used in this research are modified scale of State Hope Scale, Propensity to Trust Scale and Oxford Happiness Questionnare. The statistical analysis technique was parametric multiple regression analysis. The result reveals the significant correlation between hope and interpersonal trust with happiness at p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Effective contribution of hope and interpersonal trust toward happiness is 44%. It tells that 56% is influenced by the other factors such as gratitude, forgiveness, social life and money.
