"This study aims to determine the representation of attachment to\r\nGod in widowed elderly. The subjects in this study consisted of\r\ntwo elderly widows. The method used in this study is a qualitative\r\nmethod with a phenomenological approach. Data collection\r\ntechniques use observation techniques and semi-structured\r\ninterviews. Data analysis techniques consist of processing and\r\npreparing data, reading the entire data, data coding, connecting\r\nthemes / descriptions, and interpreting themes / descriptions. The\r\nresults showed the representation of attachment to God relates to\r\n3 themes, there are surrender and involving God in all life events,\r\npositive feeling when do worship and close to God, God is present\r\nin prayer and feeling anxious when not communicating with God.\r\nFactors that influence the occurrence of attachment to God are\r\nreligious experience, an individual picture of the God, emptiness\r\nof the soul, and individual belief in the timeline that God has set.\r\nThe meaning of relationship of attachment to God by believing\r\nthat God is a helper with all the qualities of His greatness."^^ .
