Tamtowi, M.Ag. abstract: Transportation can be defined as the business and activity of transporting or carrying goods and passengers from one place to another. One of the transportation that many people need is Train. Humans never know what will happen in the future sometimes we are getting ready with vacation plans, things happen that cannot be predicted beforehand. Disappointment above is increasingly felt when consumers experience losses when delaying departure. In addition to cancellation from the consumer, PT KAI often delays departures for certain reasons, such as operational changes from PT KAI, technical problems, as well as other problems. This study aims to determine the practice of Customs Refunds and Customs Rescheduling Train tickets and Islamic Business Ethics views on the implementation of Customs Refunds and Customs Rescheduling at PT KAI. This research is a qualitative research. The research methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of Business Ethics in the Refund and Reschedule provisions that have been made by PT KAI Tugu Yogyakarta Station can harm prospective passengers who want to cancel the ticket or make changes to the specified departure schedule. With the 25% deduction of the ticket money already purchased and the cancellation ticket money can be returned by PT KAI Tugu Station Yogyakarta after 1 month or up to 2 months from the time the prospective passenger cancels the ticket. Business ethics in Islam views the terms of cancellation and schedule changes made by PT KAI in accordance with Islamic business ethics with the requirements fulfilled by the stakeholders in carrying out their duties.
