The population in this study is Eplus Cafe Condongcatur Yogyakarta consumers. The research sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, questionnaires (questionnaire). Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed the service quality variable (X) had a significant positive effect on satisfaction (Y). This is shown from the t test between X1 (Service Quality) with Y (Satisfaction) indicating sig. t (0,000)
