This research is motivated by the phenomenon of metrosexual men who have high attention in terms of their appearance, especially his hair. With this phenomenon, the barbershop business emerges, and to meet these needs, the barbershop business is increasingly found. Integated marketing communications is an important activity for a companies to do their business activities. This research has a focus on marketing to increase company sales. Arfa Barbershop uses several forms of poin of integrated marketing communications to support its business activities. The integrated marketing communications used by Arfa Barbershop is advertising, sales promotion, public relations, publications, personal sales, sponsorship events, word of mouth, and viral marketing. In increasing sales, companies must pay attention to several factors, including service, distribution, price and quality. In this research, it was found that integrated marketing communications activities that carried out by Arfa Barbershop can increase sales, this data is based on interviews conducted with several sources directly related to the management of Arfa Barbershop.
